  1. Dissolve RASAKAMI Ayam Ungkep seasoning with coconut water/common water, add chicken, bay leaves, and lemongrass to the pot, stir well. Cook over low heat until chicken is cooked and water is reduced. Remove and drain the chicken.
  2. Heat the cooking oil. Fry the chicken until browned and dry. Remove and drain.
  3. For cremes, combine all cremesan ingredients. Mix well until there are no lumps. Heat oil over medium heat. Pour the cremes mixture little by little in a circular motion. Leave to rise and dry. Remove and drain.
  4. Serve the chicken with a sprinkling of kremes on top.
